FBIscreeners.com Privacy Policy prohibits the release of user or account information without the express permission from the user, except when required by law, or to comply with a legal process properly served on Film Bank International, LLC.

If you seek the identity or account information of an FBIscreeners.com user in connection with a civil legal matter, you first must e-mail, mail or serve Film Bank International, LLC with a valid subpoena.

Submission of a Civil Subpoena.

All civil subpoenas should be mailed to or served in person at:

FBIscreeners.com Fees Associated with a Civil Subpoena.

FBIscreeners.com will charge a fee to the person or entity submitting a civil subpoena for costs associated with subpoena compliance. Payment is due upon receipt of the Film Bank International, LLC invoice.

Fees will be billed at the following rates:
Research – 60.00USD per hour
Copies – 0.025USD per page
Courier – Billed at actual cost

User Notification and Response Time.

Upon receipt of a valid civil subpoena, FBIscreeners.com will immediately notify the user whose information is sought by e-mail and/or telephone. Depending on the language of the civil subpoena, FBIscreeners.com will not immediately produce the user information sought by the civil subpoena and will provide the user an opportunity to suppress the civil subpoena in court.
